Wine is for pleasure, and Torii Mor believes that Pinot noir is peerless with regard to a wine's ability to provide it. Our wine begins in a handful of very carefully selected vineyards farmed with low yields to produce mouth-watering, truly physiologically ripe and balanced fruit. In the cellar, the fruit is handled minimally in small lots with constant attention. Our mission is to encourage the full expression of each vineyard in the form of a distinct and deliciously balanced wine.
