Salmon Harbor wines are richly flavored, classically styled varietal wines from Washington state that fit with today's lifestyles and demands for quality and value.  Our wines are characterized by their deep fruit flavors balanced by crisp acidity—a result of the superb growing conditions in eastern Washington's Columbia Valley.  The northerly latitude averages more daily sunlight during the growing season (17+ hours) than California, ensuring fully ripened fruit.  The cooling nighttime temperatures preserve the grapes' acidity, creating well-balanced wines.
