The wine comes from one of the top growers in McLaren Vale and is essentially made from the highest grade fruit in the region. The project is born of Benjamin Hammerschlag’s relationship with the Oliver family and in particular, with winemaker Corrina Rayment, who naturally fits into the group of young and progressive winemakers that permeate the Epicurean Wines portfolio. Rayment is a progressive thinker and she’s willing to take risks. Revolution is designed to offer the best aspects of McLaren Vale (texture, suppleness and intensity) delivered at a reasonable price (less than $20 retail) and packaged in an innovative bottle.
