La Casa Vinicola Canella was established in September 1947 by Luciano Canella, who is still at the helm today joined by his 4 children, Monica, Nicoletta, Lorenzo and Alessandra. La Casa Vinicola Canella S.p.A. has been operating for fifty years in the sector of wines and sparkling wines from the Prosecco area, but reached maximum renown at the end of the eighties when it launched its cocktail line (Bellini, Mimosa and Rossini) in the original small 20 cl bottles with tear-off cap (Oscar Cibus Parma 1990).
